Tara’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and toxic torts. Her practice also includes the defense of actions predicated on New York State Labor Law and strict products liability. Tara also provides legal services in the area of insurance coverage, addressing automobile, homeowners and commercial general liability policy disputes.
